I have a 1200 square foot open studio in the Swoop-Duggins House, that I will build to suit for the right tenant. It has perfect, natural light and very high ceilings. I’m specifically looking to host an art department type group in the film industry. I already have a costume designer in a separate office space in rear of the building, and I’d like to stay consistent within the film industry. The building is just a few blocks away from Second Line Studios and on the same block as the Southern Costume Shop
