I currently operate an upscale private and newly renovated Personal training and Pilates studio on Magazine street. I am looking to SubLease 600 to 800 sq ft of this space for retail or etc. I am looking for a sublease tenant who has a business that is already established or a Pop-Up that is established. The business would have to compliment an upscale private Personal training and Pilates studio and have some similarities in scope.
