The floor plans below are for two bays in a strip center. Each of these bays has as separate enterance, private restroom, and individually controlled central heat and air. They were renovated after Katrina and have new carpet & tile floors. One is set up like a doctor’s office and one is set up more like a nail shop. Both can be used for general office space as they are.
