We are in the process of renovating a commercial property on Tulane Avenue, near the intersection of Jefferson Davis. We have a downstairs unit that will be available in a few months, and it is just under 800 SQFT. If we have a tenant lined up, we can build the space to suit the needs of the tenant. Rent will depend on the level of work required. We are looking to rent out the space as retail or office.
